Downtown Joe’s Brewery & Restaurant has announced their upcoming Dinner with the Brewmaster, featuring select Napa Craft Beers, on February 27, 2016.

Napa, CA – February, 2016 – Local brewery and restaurant, Downtown Joe’s is pleased to announce that on February 27th, Downtown Joe’s will be holding a Dinner with the Brewmaster event. Starting at 6:30 in the evening, Downtown Joe’s will host a 4 course meal with Napa Craft Beer pairings.

During the meal, Downtown Joe’s Brewmaster, Colin Kaminskis, will take diners on “A Fractured History of Beer.” The program will begin by exploring the origins of brewing in a Mesopotamian Brew Pub and end in modern day Napa, California. The cost is $40 per person and includes a full 4 course meal, Napa Craft Beer, and “A Fractured History of Beer.”

Colin Kaminskis, who will be presenting “A Fractured History of Beer,” joined Downtown Joe’s as Brewmaster in 2003. Over his career at Downtown Joe’s, he has helped define Downtown Joe’s distinct flavors by transitioning from Canadian malts to British methods and brewing processes while maintaining the unique west coast hop characteristics. Colin Kaminskis is an accomplished Brewmaster with multiple publications and often lectures on brewing craft beers.
